It's a great quiet rustic place to stay...so much more laid back and less pretentious! Also extremely close to historic Downton Manning and the local Piggly wiggly. Clean And VERY affordable!

For only 40$ a night its great for a quick stay to get some sleep while driving a lot. No bed bugs, no bugs in room, and fairly clean. Its better than many rooms ive stayed in costing way more
